Four LSM graduates are key members of the team creating a film record of a major new stage work about Lincolnshire. The film premiere is at the Drill Hall in Lincoln on Tuesday July 3. Hello everyone! Well it has almost been a year since I left the United Kingdom to study at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. After meeting Sarah Barrow who visited San Francisco for a conference and showing her around both the city and the Academy, it was suggested that I give an update blog…which I am happy to do of course!
Since my last blog back in September 2011, I have completed two semesters and seven courses. The classes have ranged from writing short scripts, filming short films, directing actors, editing film footage etc.

Electric Egg’s feature documentary Into the Wind will make its Lincoln premiere at a special screening on Friday 1st June at 7.30pm at the Lincoln Drill Hall. The film will be preceded by director Steven Hatton’s new award-winning short Heilig. The event offers the opportunity to see both films on the big screen!
