We are a new short international film festival that is taking place in Thurrock, Essex, UK in June this year. We are seeking entries for our festival. Dani Moseley New Year update 2012

My new episode of Doctors broadcasts on Monday, Feb 27th BBC1 @13:45, where I play 16yr old Hosanna, who has clashes with her god fearing mother.

 

 

ALSO The play ‘The Forty Elephants’ that I have co written and co directed will be up and running on March 19th, 20th, 26th, 27th, 28th at The Albany Theatre in Deptford.

BBC Production Talent Pool 2012

I graduated from Lincoln in 2010.  In 2011 I was lucky enough to get onto the Vision Intake Pool scheme at the BBC (now known as the Production Talent Pool [Ed])

The scheme is coming up again and is open for applications on the 6th February 2012.  It’s also a little different this year with three categories to choose from, rather than two, these being: Runner, Production Management Assistant (TV) and Production Management Assistant (Radio). Getting Started in the film business (by one who knows!)

Now it is widely known that getting a break in the business is difficult, so in this article I’ll attempt to address this and offer some tips I’ve picked up along my career from lowly runner to corporate video producer working with Fortune 500 companies.
